Eight glasses of water are considered as essential in every healthy diet. No matter whether we want to lose weight or to maintain the weight we have, water makes sure that all bodily functions work properly.

The refreshing ‘sassy water’ is not one of those distasteful and unpleasant drink which you will have to drink while holding your nose. This water will not only wake you up, but it will also thoroughly cleanse your body.
How to prepare Sassy water?
- 8 glasses of water
- 1 teaspoon of powdered ginger
- 1 fresh middle-sized lemon, cut in circles (it is recommended to peel it)
- 12 leaves of mint
- 1 fresh middle-sized cucumber, peeled and cut in small circles
Mix the ingredients mentioned above in the water. Leave it to rest during the night so that the aromas can be freed and consume this water during the next day.
This drink isn’t miraculous. However, with proper diet that consist of 5 small meals and regular physical activity, your belly will be flatter without even one day of starving.
