DRINK WARM WATER WITH UNREFINED SALT ON AN EMPTY STOMACH FOR A WEEK! THE RESULTS WILL AMAZE YOU!
Many people are trying to avoid salt. But it is a big mistake – the right thing is to stick with good salt ant not to avoid salt at all. We use refined salt with lost minerals every day. We have to use unrefined salt witch is much better for detoxification and digestion.
The use and the benefits of unrefined salt are shown in the video bellow. It even claims that water is insufficient to flush the body – albeit gainful for our entire health, water alone can’t be utilized to its complete potential. Salt water will slow down the absorption and is better for processing because it stimulates the enzymes and acids which separate the food for absorption. This is the most ideal approach to keep yourself health.
It is very simple to use: put 1/3 unrefined salt in ¼ size of a jar, then fill it up with filtered water. Cover the jar, shake it, and leave it for 24 hours. Add a little bit of salt the next day – and when it no longer melts in the water, it is ready. This mix is called Sole.
Make a solution of 8 oz. glass of water and half a teaspoon of the drink. Drink Sole every morning for 7 days before breakfast on an empty stomach. It will improve the hydration and digestion and detoxify your body.
