The liver produces energy and eliminates toxins out of the body. However, because of the fats lifestyles we lead, this organ gets tired and can gradually come to its downfall and reduced function.   • 1 carrot;
  • 1 apple;
  • 1 medium clove beet;
  • 1 cup of water.

How to prepare it: place all of the ingredients into a juicer or blender and mix until it becomes smooth. You can eat the mixture as a porridge if you don’t add water. Consume it on an empty stomach. Prior drinking the juice, consume a spoonful of olive oil with juice of half a lemon.
